Applied online around late January. I got an e-mail several days later that I was selected for a phone interview. I was kind of taken aback because the interview focused on the job description. I wasn't asked about my experience. A lot of yes/no questions and occasional times where I had to give brief explanations to the questions. Honestly, it was quite odd to me which made me think I would receive a rejection letter. They didn't reach out to me until a little over a month saying they wanted to schedule an interview at their facility. They gave me 2 dates to choose from and told me who'd I'd be meeting. I was scheduled to meet 4 people. The moment I came in, they were very cool and kind. They tried to make me feel comfortable and gave a brief explanation, introduction and then they handed it over to me and started the interview. I heard back several days later from HR with an offer over the phone.
