Two Skype interviews. First with a recruiter, second with the recruiter and local CFO. They asked mostly behavioral questions. At the end of the interview they said they would get back to me in the follow week about next steps. I never received any feedback. I followed up with the recruiter, who did not respond. I found the recruiter to be extremely unprofessional. They should not communicate that feedback will be provided and then ghost their candidates. This was definitely not what I was expecting from a global firm like Mars.
The interviewer asked mostly behavioral questions and it was a relaxed environment. There is a coffee chat talking about the company and then they set up another time for the real interview. I would just make sure you know how to respond to questions about your resume.

Started off with the video interviews and then the next step was an interview on skype. Once this was completed the next round in the assessment centre. I had to do a virtual case study and presentation because of the corona situation. It would normally be at the offices.

Submitted an online application with my CV attached - sjt followed by a digital interview and then a phone interview. Once you are through this, you go onto an assessment centre
