First a phone screening interview by HR, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager and HR. After two weeks of silence despite follow up for feedback, I was informed that I passed the first round and in the next stage was provided with a writing assessment based on real company events with a large number of resources to use and then a week later by an assessment to present a full communication plan and personal introduxtion with strengths and areas of development infront of a panel using current company events.

initial interview with HR. He asked basic questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work at xxx, why this role, etc. It was a zoom interview. The interviewer seemed very disconnected to my answers, as I did not get much responses after each question.
