Si l'enretien est validé, on est contacté par le futur manager avec qui nous allons réalisé un 2ème entretien composé d'une étude de cas et d'un entretien personnel
L’entretien se déroule en un seul panel après une présélection initiale. Le processus accorde une priorité claire aux candidats internes, mais établir un premier contact avec les décideurs pertinents peut considérablement augmenter vos chances de réussite.

The interviews themselves were fine.
The communication from internal recruiter team was very poor. I had to chase up to get the interview booked in. radio silence for weeks.
