7 step interview process with overnight assessment day - felt like I was on the apprentice
Combination of online interviews and tests. The assessment day consisted of multiple tasks - group negotiation, individual negotiation, presentation and interview.
Very stressful and intense environment, I left the day feeling exhausted and flat.
They didn't offer anyone from the assessment day a job.
