Received an email requesting a day and time for a phone interview. Confirmed the day and time and time zone. NEVER received a phone call at the mutually agreed upon on time. NEVER received a response to my follow up email asking if we needed to reschedule. Waste of my time and what a disappointing experience.

I was contacted 3 weeks after the application deadline (a month after I submitted my application).
First round was video interview with HireVue. Mostly screening questions type, such as what do you know about Mars and why do you want to work here.
Second round was 2 weeks after the first one, it was a case study interview. I was told that I would get feedback next Monday.
Then I was ghosted.
