Via de website cv en vragen ingevuld. na een week opgebeld voor 1e gesprek. 2-3 weken later opgebeld geweest om deeltenemen aan de assesments. de assesments bestaan uit een groepswerk, een one on one gesprek en een business case. ik moet deze testen nog afleggen

District manager called me to book a formal interview almost 3 months after I applied for the job online. Interview for the rice division done in a coffee shop. 3 people interviewing (District manager, retail sales representative and merchandiser). Basic interview and questions. Felt more like a conversation. Everyone was very nice and the questions too weren't tricky.

I met Mars employees at job day, there I received the email adress of the HR. An interview with a HR consultant was scheduld only few days after I had sent an email. The interview was mostly based on motivation and personality. If you succeed in this step, you will be invited at Mars office where I was intervied by two HR. There, you had to present a sales pitch and a business case. I received the answer the week after

With HR consultant, it was mostly based on motivation and personality : For 5 adjectif to score you on a scale from 1 to 5.
At Mars officies, I had 30 min in order to prepare a sales pitch of 10 min. After that, I had to prepare a business case in 90 min. Then I had 10 minutes to present it with also a Q&A session. Finlly, 20 min of HR questions for your motivation and personality : why mars, where do you see yourself in 5 years.
