detailed, lengthy, detailed, thorough. Several steps were required and testing - drug and criminal background tests were required. You really needed to be prepared as they put you to the test. They created simulated situations and saw how you reacted.
Awful, their recruiters just ruin the process for everyone. Ultimately I decided to go with a role at a firm that actually has a put-together talent team. Marsh should really revamp the whole team. I do not recommend.
