My interview was far from technical, but I had a resume full of certifications. My interview was the standard, "give me an example of how you handle a disagreement with a supervisor?" type questions.
Since then I belive they have added a small technical test, seeing how you manage finding problems with a pc that has been purposely misconfigured.

Colloquio
Phone interview with a contracting company. Came in for the face to face, met with 3 groups of two people at a time. Pretty laid back interview process. There was some repetition since the groups didn't discuss with each other until after the interview. So I found overlapping question and repeating answers. Got the offer two days later. Job was contract to hire for 3 months, then a pretty smooth transition to a full time employee. Very moderate bump in pay when going to full time.
