I was called for an interview at Marsh Insurance Broker (Malaysia) after being called by their talent acquisition team in the Philipines & Singapore. The interviewers were the CEO and Deputy CEO of Marsh Malaysia. The interview resembles more of a discussion than a formal one. Apart from that, questions are highly rudimentary; questions directly from my own experiences or from resume, technical and competency based questions in nature with relevance in risk management and insurance in the region, and my drive to apply. They also hint on some trick questions to test my integrity and loyalty among all.

Standard procedure, 2-3 rounds of interviews conducted online via teams. 2 to 3 interviewers. got back reply for second round within 1.5 weeks i had 2 rounds, and they gave the offer after second round of interview
