Really decent 1st an email from the recruiting team, 2nd technical interview with team leader (sometimes it can be 2 team leaders), 3rd second stage and final of the interview with hiring manager and service desk team leader - competency based questions and get to know. After a few days you will get a confirmation if either you got the job or not.
