First, I had a phone Interview and then an on-site interview with two teams which consisted of two members in the team. The atmosphere was pretty friendly and relaxing. The team members were really nice.

Record a video of pre-arranged questions and submit before talking to a live person to interview, if you even get to that point. Not quite sure what the point was.

Typical basic, interview questions. Nothing that would elicit more thoughtfulness.
I got a call from HR, did a preliminary interview, then they arranged for me to meet my direct manager, then an interview with the VP. Was offered the job after that. They do a criminal background, ask for you references and check with your university that you actually graduated there
