I interviewed with four people. First, the manager followed by colleagues I would be working with.
The overall process was friendly and to the point. I ended up getting an offer and accepting. Come prepared, be consultative, know the HR Generalist role well.

Contacted within a week for a phone interview. Phone interview was 30 minutes. Contacted via email to schedule an in-person interview. The in-person interview was 1 hour. All interactions with the company were great. They answered all my questions. Promptly responded to schedule in person interview.
