The hiring manager did not include or involve the internal recruiter in the process, so overall the interview was very informal and laid back. The Team Lead was also not included which was strange.

The interview is standard like most insurance agencies. However, MMA is looking for people with tenure more than anything else. If you have less than 5 years of experience in the insurance industry you are wasting your time unfortunately. This was communicated to me by a current "Team-Leader" from MMA.

I spoke with a recruiter who then placed me in contact to do a Zoom Interview with the hiring manager. Following this I took a personality and excel assessment. Finally I met with one of the account managers.
