Applied on Indeed, was contact the next day for an interview. I went in for the interview someone had to buzz me in, Waited 15 minutes for the interviewer Daniella to come down and I was taking to the different level of the building where it was an appearnce of a small call center. The interview start with a normal "tell me about yourself" which I answer then I was asked to describe in the importance aspects of service (can't remember the exact wording), I listed a few items and proceeded to explain my answers, I spent a good few minutes speaking about the topic and said okay, what else. seemed like she wanted a very specific answer a very broard question which honestly was quite off putting after the fact but I went along with it. A few more questions were asked which I answered. Then she had me "do a scenerio" as she called it where she stepped out the room and I was given 2 sheets of paper with scerios about some issues customer could have and when she left the room I had to call her where to acted like a upset customer and after the phone of being yelled by her I had to write everything down in a guest profile notes on the computer in the room. After that was done, she came back in the room and reviewed the notes which she said were excellent. She proceeded to informed me about the job. Overall it seemed like she was quite picky and wanted extremely specific answers to very broad questions. Wouldn't recomment, waste of time.
