Easy interview process. Went into the store and saw they were hiring with a sign and table with job application. Met the on-site manager and explained the process. Was invited back for an interview the same week. They did call one of my references I put down and had one on one interview.

My interview was short and (without my knowledge) already decided to be hired. I was surprised because I was very prepared with resume, recommendation letters and big "Im An Excellent Hire" speech. But the basically went over my qualifications, scheduled me for the orientation and I was good to go.
