Walk in interview with a follow up second interview. I had to keep calling them to see if I was offered the job. Poor followup on their part. Marshalls finally offerd me the job. I has to ask for a benefits package and they gave me the wrong one.

Pretty laid back. Quick. Almost always two interviews. One with assistant store manager or admin coordinator and the next with store manager. Pretty simple questions too! Then they do reference checks and then call you back for orientation.
