The interview process was very easy I got a call that they wanted to do an interview then I went. They ask you different questions I went through two interviews on the same day.

The interview at Marshalls was informal. It was 1 on 1 in the manager's office. The manager asking the questions and you responding. And at the end, the manager asked if I had any questions.

One question was what customer service means to you and another question was how you would resolve a conflict with an angry customer, etc.

Was asked about where I saw myself in 5 years, past customer service experience, etc. If you list a language be prepared to speak it in the interview - especially Spanish or French

Applied online they called me and did a phone screening, and then invited me for an in person interview with the store manager. Process was simple and quick, and had no issues with any portion of the entire process.
