First interview went well went through CV experience some scenarios based questions Second Interview initially informal and switched pace and one of the interviewers had made his mind up quite early on by the questions for example you don’t have experience in NPI process and demonstrated I did so found the approach and style almost telling you rather than asking you. If I didn’t quite answer how they wanted they would keep repeating the question although initially I thought it was trying to guide you it rapidly turned into a firm tone which was quite off putting. The questions set were based on their internal processes and quite ambiguous so you would have to ask for context and clarity which again they didn’t like.
