It was pretty easy. I dressed casually with jeans and a t shirt. After I greeted the manager we sat down for a one on one interview. He asked a few generic interview questions like are you an outgoing person that can communicate clearly, can you lift a certain amount etc.
They gave me the job on the spot

Interview was very easy, as it took place over the phone. The in person "interview" turned into a training and onboarding along with a few other hires. For reference, this was for a temporary winter part time position over the holidays.
