The store manager interviewed me and it was chill. It was conversational. I got hired the same day. Pretty average interview, very basic questions, called me 1-2 weeks after applying online on the tjx career website

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

What's your greatest achievement or accomplishment
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
