Colloquio
Stage one - 30 min telephone interview covering CV basics and current situation
Stage two - Interview off site - Much the same as stage one
Stage three - On-site technical interview with most of the employees. Round table in the office over about three hours, and was asked questions from each on various topics in a technical and personal context
