The interview process started out great, but I was disappointed in the lack of transparency and communication once the position was filled. I had a phone screen with the COO, and then an in-person interview with a VP a few days later. In my opinion, both interviews went well, but I received no response from either interviewer after following up. I followed up again asking for feedback, so that I can better myself, but did not receive a response.
