They scheduled an interview with me. Had an easy mechanical aptitude test and interview/tour of the facilities. I don't know why they even interview women because they make it very clear in the interview they don't think women are capable of doing the job or fitting in at the company. How rude to call me in for an interview and then express several times that y'all don't typically hire women or think they're the best fit for the job.
