Received email from HR to interview after applying via LinkedIn. Met with 8 members of the team including hiring manager. The team was wonderful. I noticed the tenure of the employees was 15+ years. They mentioned they want to bring in fresh talent, however their job description which is an entry role per industry required 10+ yrs and PMP. It's bonkers if they think they will get real hungry talent with these barriers to entry.
The process ended with a typical ghost and excuse fashion. Probably the saddest excuses I've ever seen in any industry. Will not recommend this place as it's said to be benefits prison and clicks of folks who worked there for so long that they refuse to work well with others. Waste of time if you are young.
In a way this was a blessing that this did not work out. If you are looking to coast the rest of your career and you are 40+ this is your train to ride.
