Three stages. First was a modelling test which was to be completed in 2 days. If results are okay you have 1st stage interview with CFO. Technical review of your submission alongside or technical questions Second stage is an interview with the CEO. Not as technical as the 1st stage and more competence and background based Third stage was an interview with the CTO. This was more conversational with a bit of behavioural and culture fit approach

The interviewer was not prepared for the interview and asked random questions from internet. It would have been better if I was presented with scenario/ problem based questions. There was not a single question to test my knowledge as a senior developer for example, a. Can you describe a complex frontend project you've worked on and explain how you approached its architecture and design? b. How do you handle state management in large-scale applications? Do you prefer using libraries/frameworks, and if so, which ones? c. When building a feature-rich web application, how do you manage dependencies and ensure scalability? What happens when a certain important feature is facing delivery issues? The interview was more focused on syntax of React and JavaScript rather than approach and concepts.
