I Filled out paper application and paperwork in office. Met with office assistant to pre screen me. She documented my answers and we chatted about experience etc...She said she would call me if something came up.

They set up one interview and I had to reschedule because of issues at my current employer and they made it a hassle. Did not want to reschedule etc. Went in for the interview and it only lasted 20 mins. Very unwelcoming and the CEO kept cutting me off. It felt like I was very unwanted in the interview they should have just never rescheduled me.

It was a bait and switch. I was brought in for a job that didn’t exist and then they tried to persuade me to take a job selling insurance. Not only that, I sat and waited for my interviewer for 45 minutes....AND she called me by the wrong name when she greeted me. Then a few months later sends me an email asking me to come in for an interview as if she didn’t even remember who I was. Completely unprofessional.
