The process included two interviews, an initial phone screening and an in person interview at the Springfield office. Students were treated to goodies in a waiting area and then shown to interviews. There were 2 separate individuals that interviewed in person. The work environment and process was very conversational.

Super easy process overall. Just be yourself and show passion for the position in question. Great internship for anyone looking to get their foot in the door in insurance/sales/finance. Super nice staff and good training
The interview process was pretty standard and consisted of an initial call with the recruiter followed by 3 additional interviews with different managers. Was a good experience overall and they were very welcoming.
