Applied online and interviewed for a few minutes with a representative. That same representative asked me to come in to MassMutual's office here locally and talk further. After everything was complete, I was asked to think about the position, look over the material presented, and if I thought it would be a good fit I could continue on with the hiring process.

Recruiter reached out and only gave pros. When I dug deeper to get further detail he didn't know concrete info. Felt more like a desperate way to try to recruit due to a high turnover rate.

I was referred by a recruiter to interview with a financial advisor for an in-office role. During the interview, several red flags came up. They asked about my citizenship, and when I said I am American, they implied that could not be true because of my last name. Later, after I mentioned that I speak another language, they said, “That’s great, we’ve been aiming to target that community,” which deeply disturbed me.
Pretty straight foward super friendly
Very nice went through behavioral questions a few technical and mainly talk about your background and why you’re a good role good fit. Overall, positive experience, super friendly showed enthusiasm.
