Straightforward, very nice people and onboarding process. Mostly behavioral questions where they want to get to know you and how you would react in specific situations. The onboarding team is very nice and clear on what tasks you will be performing.

Super easy process overall. Just be yourself and show passion for the position in question. Great internship for anyone looking to get their foot in the door in insurance/sales/finance. Super nice staff and good training
The interview process was pretty standard and consisted of an initial call with the recruiter followed by 3 additional interviews with different managers. Was a good experience overall and they were very welcoming.
