Initial contact with recruiter and a HR rep. Total of 5 technical rounds with different members of the team, everyone seemed cool and laid back. Total time from initial contact to offer was about 5 weeks, it wasn’t bad compared to other interviews I’ve given.

Was only two separate interviews, The first one was a programming live coding exercise with two other engineers. One was a senior software engineer, and so was the other but also the manager.
The other was just the generic "feel each other out". Was very laid back and was pretty easy.

Hiring will be done based on team pannel wise. It can be IT or NON-IT.
It is based on who calls ur resume. And my resume went to Non-IT recruitemnt Team lead.
Interview process is good and it went smoothly till the last round, I haven't found any issues. Its a good experience, but I was not shortlisted in the second round. overall it went fine
