Sent audio recordings for questions. Then had a talk with a recruiter, and that was followed up with 2 x 30 min. interviews with team members. A couple of days after the interview, recruiter said that they would follow up within the week, after 2 weeks of radio silence I emailed them to ask for feedback, and they stalled. After nearly 2 months from my final interview I was sent a notice that the position had been filled. The entire process after the interview was very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I don't know what was happening internally, but I would hope that they don't regularly string along their other applicants.
