Need to be strong in basics and proficient in communication. Two technical and one managerial rounds. To get into interview process must be serving notice period with less than 30 days
Interview has 3 rounds of discussion.
1. Technical Discussion with onshore team regarding projects and softwares worked with earlier roles and accounting related knowledge.
2. Technical Discussion with site lead related to process and industry knowledg.e
3. HR Discussion related to company culture, salary negotiation.
