The interview was laid back. Needed to complete an couple of questionnaires to your friends and family to make sure you are comfortable asking financial related questions. They don't just give anyone the job, they want to make sure that they are ethical people. Although without a base salary or wage they don't have a whole lot invested in you.

4 rounds, not really intensive. My firm was basically looking to see if I would mesh well within their own culture, not really anything to do with the industry or in depth technical aptitude

Phone call, zoom, in person then an offer. Pretty easy and straightforward. Couple steps then you'll get an offer or they will move forward with someone else. Took about 3-4 weeks in total.
