Applied online after emailing the PI. Came in to meet him + the other researchers in their office at MGH. Was very helpful that I had read the entirety of their publications ahead of time. Would recommend doing so to anyone who is interested in a research role. The two most important qualities they were looking for were being 1) personable and 2) detail-oriented.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
