Phone interview, 20min, pretty standard and chill - the interviewer asked about what attracted me to the position, what my qualifications, and career outlook. Most of it was me asking questions about the position (what does a typical day look like) and learning about the different aspects of the job.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
