They do a tour and asked my about my preferred schedule. They explain the membership model and how the benefits program works. They talk about how to book time off, etc.

A lot of personal questions asked... like how old i was, family status.. all things which are illegal to ask. Manager never asked me good questions. Kept talking about creating a good atmosphere without actually saying how.. felt more like a con scheme
