hiring manager was nice. Didn't really shed too much light or inform us it' was more of a sales job than a customer service job. Was vague about job description. annoyed I didn't quit previous job right away.
My interview was only covered a few questions about my availability and willingness to work a massage clinic during a pandemic. I haven't worked there in a few years now, but I need to log into Glassdoor.

It was casual and conversational. The manager was straight forward but friendly and professional. I read about the company which was helpful and kept the discussion moving smoothly. It was also helpful to know about different modalities and benefits of massage.
