Very easy to get hired. They are desperate to find qualified licensed massage therapists. The owner often hires unlicensed therapists and students. A very strange and uncomfortable work culture. Clearly a lot of turnover with employees. People are often hired and fired.

Verbal interview l followed by practical massage. Massage Heights protocol training follows after the offer has been made. and It was lovely. I had a lot of in-depth conversations with the owners. I learned a lot about them and their goals and how I could positively contribute as well as fulfill my own long term goals. I appreciated that it was a conversation looking for a mutual win.
