Negative Experience and waste of energy !! I recently interviewed with Mastek and found the experience highly disappointing. The interviewer was unfriendly, seemed to lack in-depth knowledge, and asked irrelevant and unstructured questions. The interview lasted only 8 minutes, and it was evident that the interviewer was not genuinely interested in assessing my skills or hiring but rather passing time with unproductive questions. As someone currently serving notice and holding three offers, I approached this interview with professionalism and preparation. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression on the company's hiring process. Moreover, I found out that Mastek revokes the offer even after releasing the offer but still i thought of giving it a try !! I hope Mastek takes feedback seriously and improves its interview standards to respect candidates' time and effort.
