Based on three completely identical experiences I can say that upon contacting a MasterClass technical recruiter they will send you a link to a calendar to schedule some time to talk to them. This calendar will be completely full. You will mention this to them and they will magically manage to "squeeze you in."
They will not call you at the scheduled time. If you email them asking where they are, they will tell you they "got pulled into a fire." Since absolutely no business-related fire of any kind ever requires input from a recruiter, this is more than likely a total fabrication.
If you do decide to put up with all the lies and scheduling hassles, the recruiter will have absolutely no idea what it is an engineer does and you'll be very sorry that you bothered.

A complete waste of time, only got a recruiter screen where they asked a lot of technical questions related to my current job (but not anything that assesses your skill), then they ghosted me. Pretty sure the call was a attempt to gather info for phishing or something at this point.
