It was a mix of experience and resume walkthrough, description of the role, and behavioral examples questions. The team was described. I was allowed to ask questions, too. Next steps were outlined.

3) onsite interview with 6 people
Once you get to the onsite part be prepared for a long day, I was stuck in a room for about 6 hours as I was introduced to various members of the team. Although long I found the people very intelligence and overall I was extremely impressed with the company. I walked away from the interview with an overwhelming feeling of having found a company I would enjoy working for.
As it turns out I found another job that I chose in part due to the location. I was not all too keen to live in the NYC area, but I'd have accepted the job otherwise. MC has pay bands but I found MC willing to negotiate compensation

Very straightforward - initial phone screening interview, followed by an interview by line manager, meeting with the team, and then an interview with HR. Everyone was very helpful. Wish I had been given more information on the company at the outset as it's quite different now I'm working there. There was a two week delay between final interview and offer.
