After going through all the pymetrics assessments and making the mastercard test (Similar to Gmat) I was invited to a 2-step interview with 2 senior consultants, very intensive one after the other with no break time between interviews. The interview had personality questions + business cases and I had to solve it right there with the consultants. They were very nice and do not make you feel nervous or under pressure, it's very natural. But for sure it's very hard, unexpected questions all the time and brain teasers in the middle.

Two rounds. 1st round digital interview with a behavioural question and market sizing question. 2nd round is in person assessment centre that consists of 2 individual case studies and 1 behavioural interview
