The recruiting team has taken the time to read my CV, and they have been able to assess my potential. As a result, I have been invited for a screening chat. I had a chat with the Team Leader. Despite I have not been successful, I have been notified a couple of days after the screening chat. When a position matching my skills will come up, I will definitely apply again.

The round tested both coding ability and system design thinking, and required clear communication of reasoning. Overall, the process was structured and professional, with emphasis on real-world reliability scenarios.
