You typically get 30 seconds to prepare and up to 3 minutes to record each response. The AI evaluates your answers, speech patterns, and body language against the company's top-performing employees

The process was quite easy. About 2-3 hours after completing the application, I got the invitation to take the pymetrics test. The test was basically divided into 12 easy games which did not take more than 30mins. I just got invited for the video interview
