The interview process was (in the nicest way possible), in shambles. I applied in November and got an e-mail mid-December that said I had an interview with the hiring manager the next day (I didn't even have a first round screen with HR). I was overseas at this time and still interviewed in the middle of the night, but the hiring manager (the lead for this role's department) was 20 mins late for the interview. It was incredibly unprofessional (she mentioned she had to take a call with her manager and couldn't get out of it). The interview questions were haphazard. And then I never heard back! It's been 3 months now but I haven't heard a peep. I've seen kindergarteners with more organisation than this company.
