There is a 30 minute phone interview, with a recruiter. You then are invited into the facility to meet the hiring manager and have a 30 min to 1 hour interview (STAR related questions). The next step took approximately 1-2 weeks and was with a VP. The offer was extended about 1-2 weeks later.
