I applied to Mastercard through LinkedIn. I received an email/phone call from their Talent team and set up a time for an initial HR round. That lasted 30 minutes and was split between "tell me about your background" as well as some behavioral/vibe check questions.
Next Round was 60 Minutes with the hiring manager. This lasted an hour and was composed of me giving my background summary, technical questions, and my questions for them.
Next Round was 60 Minutes with a director in the PMO. This was composed of my background, technical questions, behavioral questions, and my questions for them.
Final round was 60 minutes with the Eng Director for the space I will be supporting. It was composed of my background and technical questions, leaning more into my high level whiteboard knowledge of previous projects, as well as my questions for them.
There was 1-2 weeks between each of these rounds. The Talent team was really helpful and responsive to my questions.
