The interview was scheduled well but the staff who contacted was rude and not very welcoming. The interviewer did not even introduce themselves and showed disinterest throughout the interview. The questions asked was mainly outside the job description and involved more about their line of work then the role at offer. There was no clear interest and the interviewer kept attacking with taunts when I tried to explain my Point of view or my past experience. Overall the interview was very bad, I really did not expect this from a trusted brand like Mastercard. I feel the employees should first learn their company values and reflect that while interviewing.

The interviewer seemed to ask questions off the top of their head versus following the typical HR STAR format behavioral and technical questions. Typically there's a STAR format of behavioral and technical questions but not in this case.
