I applied for the position about 2 months ago and in that time I had 2 video interviews. The people were nice enough and the interviews were more on the casual side as opposed to a more high-pressure feel, which was reassuring. I was given a timeline when I would hear back about a decision, and when I wasn't given an update within that time, I had to reach out a couple of times in order to get one. I was told that the team decided to pursue another candidate, but the very same position was reposted a day before I got this response, so it feels like that reply lacked transparency. Unfortunately, my request for feedback also went unacknowledged. Overall, this seems like a good place to work with good people, but the drawn-out interview process with a very unceremonious conclusion was disappointing to experience.

Disappointing and insulting experience, four interviews over six weeks. After the third interview I was told a final decision would be made the following week. I followed up with the talent person and they advised they wanted to do a fourth interview. In the third interview they had a projected start date of mid August, and in the fourth interview they pushed that back to mid September. The folks conducting the interviews were pleasant enough, although two had to be rescheduled. My experience and personal self received praise throughout all the interviews, but ultimately it ended with a very insulting no-reply email stating they will not be continuing the interview process. I emailed the talent person that I've been communicating with for almost eight weeks requesting confirmation and feedback and I did not receive any response from them. It's disappointing that after all of that they could not even inform me directly and simply ignored a feedback request.
